Data responsibility

The client/data controller is responsible for the data they upload, manage, and use. Advanced Subscriber Intelligence provides the protected sending infrastructure, compliance tools, unsubscribe/abuse handling routes, monitoring, and reporting systems within the ASI environment.

This page explains the security approach for this ASI deployment.

Shared responsibility

The client/data controller is responsible for the data they upload, the users they authorise, the campaigns they run, the list sources they use, and the legal basis for their data.

Advanced Subscriber Intelligence provides protected infrastructure, compliance tooling, monitoring, diagnostics, reporting, unsubscribe and abuse routes, and platform security controls within the ASI environment.

Security controls

Security controls may include access controls, operational monitoring, queue monitoring, abuse monitoring, bounce and complaint monitoring, server diagnostics, logging, suppression handling, unsubscribe handling, incident investigation, backup or recovery processes, and support access controls.

Authorised access

Access to the ASI environment should be limited to authorised users. Client users are responsible for protecting their login details and for ensuring that only appropriate staff or contractors are given access.

Support access

Advanced Subscriber Intelligence may access deployment systems where authorised for support, diagnostics, maintenance, migration, incident response, legal compliance, or separately agreed managed services.

Abuse and security reports

Security concerns, suspected abuse, unauthorised access, impersonation, or harmful use should be reported to abuse@advanced-subscriber-intelligence.com.

No absolute security guarantee

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The client/data controller and Advanced Subscriber Intelligence should each maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures for their own responsibilities.
